I ordered a suspension kit from ICON and everything showed up without any hassle. The quality seems really solid, and the website was simple enough to get through, so no real complaints there.
The only thing is the price stung a bit, but I think part of that was just bad timing on my end. I ordered right when money was already tight, so the shipping and what was included felt a little harder to justify. Good product overall, just didn’t feel like the best value in the moment

So, yeah, the box arrived looking kind of rough, and the packaging just wasn’t great. A few of the parts ended up getting scratched, which was disappointing.

I put their suspension on my truck a while back, I think sometime around March or maybe April, and I’ve been disappointed with it. The ride quality just isn’t what I thought it would be. It feels really stiff over small bumps, and rough roads are way more annoying now than they used to be. Maybe it’s great for some setups or for people who don’t daily drive their truck much, but for me, driving it every day, it’s been kind of a letdown

I ordered these last week after checking their fitment guide for my truck, but once I tried installing them over the weekend, the parts just didn’t line up right. I spent a good chunk of the afternoon checking the brackets, measuring things again, and making a few calls to see if I was missing something. Maybe they fit other setups, but for mine, it wasn’t even close.

I waited days for a response and when I finally heard back, it felt like a robot was answering the email. No real help, no useful answer, just a generic reply that didn’t fix anything. Frustrating experience.

I put these on over the weekend after finally getting tired of how rough the truck felt on some back roads near my place. Install went fine overall, nothing too crazy, though I did take a snack break halfway through because I always underestimate how long these things take. Off road, the ride definitely feels smoother and more controlled, which is what I was hoping for. On regular daily streets though, they feel a bit stiff, especially over small bumps and uneven pavement. Not bad, just not perfect for everyday driving.

I put the Icon setup on my Tacoma a few weeks back, and the difference was noticeable right away. The truck just feels more planted now, like it’s not doing that front-end dip every time I brake, and corners feel a lot more controlled too. Even on the highway it tracks straighter and doesn’t have that floaty wandering thing as much, which I didn’t realize was annoying me until it was mostly gone.

The only reason I wouldn’t call it perfect is that it can be a bit firm over little bumps and rough patches, like you definitely feel some of that coming through. Not terrible or anything, just enough to notice. Overall though I’m really happy with it and would still call it a solid upgrade from stock

I thought this would last a lot longer based on what I read, so I’m disappointed. It broke way sooner than expected, and I kind of feel misled about the quality.

I took these out on some rocky trails thinking they’d handle it better, but it was a rough experience. The ride felt bouncy the whole time and I never really felt confident. Maybe I expected too much, but for what I paid, it feels like I ended up with something that just doesn’t really have my back once the pavement ends.

The kit itself is good, but the lift height wasn’t exactly what I expected once everything was installed. It’s not a huge deal, just a little disappointing. Also, having to go through repeated verification during the process got annoying fast. I get why it’s needed, but doing it over and over was frustrating.

The hardware just didn’t feel great, the bolts stripped easily, which was frustrating. I wasn’t exactly thrilled with it, felt like it could’ve been better quality.

The parts themselves seem okay so far, but dealing with customer service was frustrating. I emailed a couple of times and had to wait days to get a reply, and when they finally got back to me, the response felt rushed and didn’t really cover everything I asked. For what I paid, I really didn’t want to feel like I was taking a chance or losing out if something went wrong. It wasn’t a total disaster, but I definitely expected more helpful support.

I had to reach out to Icon about a warranty issue with my shocks. To be fair, they did get back to me and it all got sorted out eventually, but it took a few more emails than I figured it would and there was some waiting around in between. The person I dealt with was nice and helpful enough, just not exactly quick. The product itself seems solid, I just think the support process could be a little smoother...

At first it seemed fine, but it really didn’t last long. After a short while, it just stopped holding up the way I expected. Didn’t last, didn’t last at all...

Overall, the ride feels okay. Fine. But I’m getting more vibration than I expected, and there’s this clunking noise whenever I hit rough roads. Annoying. It’s not awful or anything, but for the price, I was hoping it would feel a bit more solid. Support was decent though, so that helped a little.
